Terms and Conditions

PREÂMBULO

These general terms and conditions of sale are agreed between Sociedade Agrícola Quinta de Argemil, Lda., with registered office at Rua Frei Pedro de Perelhal, 1, 4750-621 Perelhal, Barcelos, tax identification number 502 606 061, contact +351 253 861 132, hereafter referred to as SOCIEDADE AGRÍCOLA QUINTA DE ARGEMIL, and individuals who wish to make purchases through the website www.quintadeargemil.pt, hereafter referred to as the “User.”

ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT

These general terms and conditions of sale are intended to provide and define all necessary information for the User regarding the methods of ordering, sale, payment, and delivery of purchases made on the website www.quintadeargemil.pt. These conditions govern all the steps necessary to complete the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the Contracting Parties.

ARTIGO 2 – ENCOMENDA

The User places their order by completing the purchase process presented on the website www.quintadeargemil.pt, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart.

To submit an order, the User must:

a) Register on the website www.quintadeargemil.pt, providing the requested information.

b) Log in (by providing a combination of email and password chosen by the User during registration).

c) Complete the information and select the options available during the order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the tax identification number and name for tax purposes to appear on the invoice).

The User’s final confirmation of the order constitutes full and complete acceptance of the prices and product descriptions available for sale, as well as these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will be the only applicable conditions to the contract concluded in this way.

SOCIEDADE AGRÍCOLA QUINTA DE ARGEMIL will honor orders received online only up to the limit of available stock. If a product is unavailable, SOCIEDADE AGRÍCOLA QUINTA DE ARGEMIL will inform the User as soon as possible.

The information on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. Once issued, the invoice cannot be reissued with changes.

Order requests are valid for five days, except for orders made under a promotional campaign that specifies a different time frame. Prices, discounts, promotions, and offers cannot be guaranteed beyond this period. If payment is not received within the indicated period, the order will not be validated. Any amount received after this date will be refunded or used for a new order.

ARTIGO 3 – PAGAMENTO

On the website www.quintadeargemil.pt, SOCIEDADE AGRÍCOLA QUINTA DE ARGEMIL offers the User the following payment methods via IFTHENPAY, LDA:

Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard);

Multibanco Reference;

MBWay;

Bank Transfer.

In the case of credit card payments, the charge will be made to the User’s card immediately after confirmation of shipment of the goods. If some of the ordered products are out of stock, their value will be credited back to the User’s card after the order is closed.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

Orders will be shipped after payment is completed and delivered by SOCIEDADE AGRÍCOLA QUINTA DE ARGEMIL or TORRESTIR within the national territory and by TORRESTIR or SKYNET internationally, depending on the destination country.

The delivery time for products varies between 2 and 15 business days, depending on the region and destination country.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES

Prices are understood in Euros, with taxes and fees included, taking into account the applicable VAT at the time of payment.

If there is a price increase for any product, the User will be informed immediately and may choose to receive their order (by paying the difference) or proceed with its cancellation.

ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND RETURN

The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis. The request must be sent in writing to the contact email geral@quintadeargemil.pt within 15 days of receiving the order. Instructions for canceling or returning goods will be responded to and defined by SOCIEDADE AGRÍCOLA QUINTA DE ARGEMIL through the same communication method.

Whenever possible, the return should be made via the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the User must provide proof of payment and account or card ownership for the return to be processed via bank transfer.

SOCIEDADE AGRÍCOLA QUINTA DE ARGEMIL commits to refund the User within a maximum of 10 days.

Returned products must be in saleable condition, i.e., in the same state as when they were received by the User, without any anomalies or damage.

If the value of exchanged products from an order is lower or higher than the initial order value, the adjustment conditions will be indicated by SOCIEDADE AGRÍCOLA QUINTA DE ARGEMIL.

ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY POLICY

Your data is processed in compliance with the legislation on personal data protection. The data, subject to computer processing, will be included in the company’s database(s) and are intended for registration and presentation of other products and services, as well as institutional information provided by the same.

The provision of data is optional, and it is guaranteed, under the law, the right to access, rectify, and delete any data concerning you, personally or in writing, directly to the address listed on the homepage of this website.
